Peterson Pipes

Peterson is one of the last of the classic pipe makers still in private ownership. They have been making pipes since before the turn of the century; and while they have made a major push into the mass market, can still turn out first quality pipes from excellent briar. By and large, we concentrate on pipes made before 1949, the so called "Pre-Republic" pieces, which tend to be of higher quality, and to smoke very well indeed, especially with Virginia tobaccos for which they have a mysterious affinity.
